Gathering and Saving Personal Data

You can remove any of the information that interprofils stores about you, at any time, by logging in to your account under interprofils.com.
interprofils identifies candidates to recruiters with an ID number. You can then choose to reveal your personal details when you reply.
IMPORTANT: Your current employer may be a customer of interprofils, or a client of one of our customers. Interprofils cannot restrict the customers who access profiles on our database and cannot be held responsible for any eventuality.
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by us on your computer which enable us to identify your computer when you access the interprofils web site and to provide you with a convenient means of access. The cookies we use also protect the integrity of registered user names and passwords and limit access to 'paid for' services.
We take reasonable and appropriate measures, to ensure that your personal information (including the information in your CV) is protected from unauthorised access or modification, unlawful destruction and improper use. However, the Internet is an open system and Interprofils cannot and do not guarantee that the personal information you have submitted will not be intercepted by others and decrypted. You should be aware that CVs sent from your current place of work may be monitored by your current employer.
Transfer of your personal information
Some of the recruiters and candidates may be located outside of the European Economic Area. Such countries may not have equivalent data protection legislation protecting the use of your personal information. However, by registering with interprofils.com you agree to submit your CV /employment offer to non-EU candidates or employers.
Sale of the business
In the event that the business is sold or integrated with another business, your details will be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchaser's advisers and will be passed to the new owners of the business.
Updating your personal information
It is your responsibility to ensure that your CV is accurate and kept up to date.
Our obligation to you
We will use our reasonable endeavours to maintain the Site in a fully operating condition and error free. We shall have no liability for any failures in you accessing the Site caused by any software utilised by you when inputting any posting information.
Your obligation to us
You agree that you will only use the Site in a manner that is solely for its purpose. In particular, you will not use the Site to display, transmit, distribute or link to any material which is defamatory, offensive or obscene or of a menacing character or which may, in our judgment, cause annoyance or inconvenience or anxiety to any person including, without limitation, any racist, sexist, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, vulgar or abusive material, opinions or messages.
Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend the services offered to you by us and/or all passwords and other access codes if we have reasonable cause to suspect that you are breach of any of these conditions.
We shall not be liable to you in respect of anything that may constitute breach of this Agreement arising by reason of force majeure, namely circumstances beyond our control which shall include, but shall not be limited to, acts of God, perils of the sea or air, fire, flood, drought, explosion, sabotage, accident, embargo, telecommunications and utilities failure, riot, civil commotion or civil authority, including acts of local government and parliamentary authority, breakdown of plant or machinery or software or death of royalty.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
The laws of England and Wales shall govern these conditions and your use of the Site and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
